Lawsuit is officially dead from no activity

June 14, 2008

Hilco Receivables sued me in June 2006. It is now June 2008. With no activity on this case, it is offically dead.


This account gets turned over to yet another collection agency

Hilco Receivables has apparently either given up on the lawsuit or they've sold this account to yet another collection agency. I reminded the collector that called me that the statute of limitations has run it's course on this account and, by law, I am no longer liable even if the bill was legit, which it isn't.

Not so much as a single peep out of them after this call.


Providian STILL won't prove their allegations of indebtedness

Hilco Receivables sued me for my imaginary debt with Providian. (Summons)

It appears they can't get there story straight even after filing a lawsuit against me.

Maxed Out OKC Premier at deadCENTER Film Festival

Maxed Out makes its way to Oklahoma City on June 8th at the deadCENTER Film Festival in downtown Oklahoma City at the OKC Museum of Art.

Also, Hilco Receivables files suit against this web site’s creator.
